What you’ll do:
You’ll coordinate day-to-day IT operations, managing user lifecycle processes and supporting CMMC Level 2 compliance. You’ll also serve as the central point of contact for IT support, system changes, access management and related compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Coordination
- Coordinate new employee access across all software platforms with IT to ensure timely setup.
- Track and manage offboarding processes, ensuring access removals are completed and documented.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases of user access across systems.
- Monitoring & Communication Hub
- Monitor administrative alerts, categorize, and forward to relevant teams.
- Coordinate system-related communication across teams.
- Provide updates on onboarding/offboarding, system changes, and compliance tracking.
- Database & Spreadsheet Management
- Manage Airtable and Excel databases for advisor background checks, clearances, and lifecycle events.
- Coordinate advisor onboarding/offboarding within Quick Trac.
- Audit databases regularly for accuracy and completeness.
- Administrative Project Support
- Create and maintain SOPs for administrative processes.
- Schedule cross-functional meetings for system projects and compliance reviews.
- Assist with vendor inquiries regarding licenses, access, and administrative questions.
- Generate reports on user management, system changes, and compliance status.
- Track project timelines and deliverables using project management tools.
- Provide ad hoc IT support at the office, including first-line troubleshooting, including triaging issues and coordinating resolution with internal teams or external vendors as needed
- Compliance Documentation & Tracking
- Support the tracking of policy update requests, review schedules and version control activities.
- Assist in documenting new system implementations and compiling reports on compliance impacts related to ISO/CMMC Level 2 requirements.
- Maintain organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT operations, access management and compliance coordination with familiarity of CMMC Level 2 requirements
- Preferred: Experience in government contracting and basic project management knowledge; ITIL or cybersecurity certification a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools (Airtable, spreadsheets, basic CRM).
- Strong organizational, time management and task prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work across teams
- Detail-oriented, accurate in documentation, and discreet with confidential information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Familiar with IT concepts (user accounts, software licensing, access management), and compliance/audit coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

Compensation:
- Annual base salary range: $92-110k
- The salary range listed for this position is based on market data and internal compensation structure. The final compensation package will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and education. This range is not a guarantee of compensation and offers may fall outside this range in exceptional cases.
- In addition to the base salary, compensation includes performance-based bonus (OTE) and ability to earn equity

Location:
Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in person at our headquarters in Arlington, VA, and 2 days remote).
