What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Program Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts that advance program operations and ecosystem recruitment across our innovation programs. This role blends marketing execution, project coordination and relationship management, and is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support program initiatives and ecosystem recruitment
- Create marketing materials including flyers, one-pagers, decks, web content, and pitch materials
- Track and report on campaign performance to optimize engagement and outcomes
- Build and maintain contact lists, draft outreach content, and track engagement using CRM or similar tools
- Lead recruitment of entrepreneurs, startups, mentors, and advisors for programs and events
- Manage project plans, timelines, and cross-team coordination to support smooth program execution
- Design presentations and reports using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Beautiful.ai
- Support workshops, webinars, and events, including backend setup on platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Maintain brand-aligned templates, internal documentation, and marketing playbooks
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign execution
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications and content strategy
- Ideal for marketing professionals with experience in startups/small firms/agencies comfortable leading campaigns and supporting program execution
- Proficiency in platforms such as Canva, Adobe, and HubSpot, with familiarity with WordPress (or similar content management systems) and related tools.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and performance metrics
- Strong collaboration and project coordination skills across teams
- A self-starter mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $92-110k
- The salary range listed for this position is based on market data and internal compensation structure. The final compensation package will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and education. This range is not a guarantee of compensation and offers may fall outside this range in exceptional cases.
- In addition to the base salary, compensation includes performance-based bonus (OTE) and ability to earn equity

Location:
Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in person at our headquarters in Arlington, VA, and 2 days remote).
