The Marketing team at FedTech is the driving force behind our mission to bring groundbreaking technology and innovation to market. What you will do:

  • Monitor and maintain the overall performance of FedTech’s marketing tech stack
  • Configure and manage HubSpot CRM for effective lead nurturing and customer relationship management
  • Maintain email IP and domain reputations, including deliverability and DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.). Provide insights and deliver solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and execute an email warm-up plan for new domains & subdomains where necessary, gradually increasing email volumes to build a positive sender reputation while monitoring engagement metrics
  • Manage UI/UX strategy and implementation for the company website using Webflow
  • Oversee website design and development tasks, including creation of dynamic pages, form creation, and on-site edits to optimize SEO (specifically technical SEO)

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing web development, including HubSpot, email deliverability, UI/UX optimization, and data flow management, optimization, and implementation. A high level of technical savviness
  • Working experience with HTML and CSS
  • Working experience with HubSpot
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and email marketing software
  • Webflow experience a plus
  • Airtable experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire and proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A relentless bias towards action (writing, building, testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Independence and drive, requiring little direct supervision while staying hyper-focused on the success of our clients and portfolio companies.

Location:
Ability and willingness to relocate within commuting distance of our Arlington, VA headquarters is strongly preferred. We are currently operating under a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite in Arlington and 2 days remote, with the opportunity for alternative arrangement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $70,000-90,000 based on education and experience
  • Additional upside with bonus, rapid career progression, and the ability to earn equity.

Travel Required:
Ability and willingness to occasionally travel domestically is required.
