Job Description

If you're someone who thrives on building operational processes and supporting high-impact innovation projects with mission-driven teams - this role is for you!

Who we are:

  • FedTech is a group of entrepreneurially minded people on a mission to unlock the benefits of technology.
  • We believe in the value of deep tech and its positive impact on the world, aspiring to democratize access to it for entrepreneurs and professionals around the world.
  • We are venture builders who thrive at the intersection of US entrepreneurship, breakthrough technologies, and mission-driven organizations.
  • Since 2015, we have successfully driven deep tech ventures with individuals, companies, universities, and government agencies to stay at the bleeding edge of innovation.

What you’ll do:

As a Program Operations Analyst, you will support the success of FedTech’s delivery teams by building and maintaining the systems, documentation, and workflows that enable smooth and scalable program execution. Reporting to the Senior Operations Lead, you'll work across four program teams to manage project data, assist with contracts and compliance, coordinate with internal departments, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Operations Execution and Support
    • Coordinate onboarding of new federal contracts and task orders, including document collection, compliance checklists, and system setup
    • Maintain contract records and ensure data integrity in contract management systems (i.e. Unanet)
    • Support creation of contract summaries and internal briefings for delivery and finance teams
    • Assist with subcontractor agreements, NDAs, and related documentation tracking
    • Assist in managing monthly client invoicing process across delivery teams
    • Support the Senior Operations Lead with proposal development by preparing cost inputs, formatting schedules, and supporting compliance matrices.
    • Maintain clean, up-to-date project data across teams, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and staffing plans.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
    • Work closely with Finance and Business Intelligence to help stand up new tools and workflows (e.g., contracting processes, project trackers, internal dashboards) that improve programmatic efficiencies across teams.
    • Help drive alignment on shared timelines, tools, and reporting structures — and flag blockers before they become issues.
    • Coordinate logistics and operations for recurring team activities like onboarding, training sessions, internal check-ins, and reporting cadences.
  • Process Building and Continuous Improvement
    • Identify system improvements or gaps in process, propose practical fixes, and help bring better solutions to life.
    • Quickly learn and navigate tools such as Airtable, CRMs, and internal dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy and smooth system operation.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Operations Lead to create and maintain internal process documentation, SOPs, and workflow tools and training materials, becoming the go-to knowledge management and resource liaison
    • Help roll out and encourage adoption of new systems and processes with Program Managers and Team Leads.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management and/or operations.
    • Experience in government contracting required.
    • Exposure to or familiarity with project budgets and financial management required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience using a major ERP system (e.g., CostPoint, Jamis, Business Central, SAP, Unanet) is a plus.
  • Proficient in G-Suite; experience with tools like Airtable and CRMs, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience supporting the development of business and operational processes from 0–1 is a plus.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable both taking direction and taking initiative, and who is ready to own tasks from start to finish.
  • A strong writer, communicator, and collaborator, especially across functions.
  • Detail-oriented and confident in juggling multiple projects and priorities, maintaining organization in fast-paced environments.
  • A strategic and process-oriented thinker who is passionate about problem-solving and solution building.
  • Excited to work with a mission-driven team focused on high-impact innovation projects with federal clients.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
